Remote Diagnostics - Explained
General Description: a. Remote Diagnostics refers to the ability to diagnose a computer from a distance. Instead of the computer being co-located with the person or system performing the diagnosis, both can be many thousands of miles apart. b. Improve reliability and reduce the maintenance costs by avoiding unplanned maintenance, by monitoring the condition of the system remotely. Description Source The single largest expense for most end-user computer servicing boils down to paying call-out charges for the visiting technician in the untimely event of a breakdown. To reduce and in most cases elliminate these costs entirely, CTEK-Solutions have developed a reliable professional remote diagnostics service. Remote Diagnostics has come a long way since it's first inclusion into the Windows XP utilities collection, however remote connecting has proven somewhat un-reliable and often becomes sluggish when finally connected. Diagnosing and elliminating computer related issues has been made so much easier with the introduction of our task specific dedicated & secure remote connection server. Our diagnostics service is currently in trial and available to end users only, but we have plans to expand and eventually encompass larger networks and business systems in the near future.
