This short intel relates to a comment that a fellow user made about my intel entitled:
Understanding new technologies (visually impaired) By Annon: Tip: How would someone seeing the title of this article in a link know it was about vision before clicking? How would Google's search robot? Use the most relevant and specific words in your title.
Answer: By careful choice of the words 'visually' and 'impaired' in both the title and in the meta tags which are also searched through by Google. I hope that this answers Annon's question... PS. For all those who take the time to screen and make comments on screenings, please before making any comment about the content of an intel, take this advice on board. The screening process is not a chance to judge and/or criticise someone for a simple spelling error or typo. it's more about helping the Contributor to revise the entry and as much as possible encourage the Intel Contributor toward achieving a worthy intel submission.

God gave us two eyes, which is a hint that we need those more as he only gave us one mouth. The two ears are also a sign, so... with 4 tools that enable one to aquire information and only one to share information, I guess you could say that using the other four is being observant.
