Live on March 1st 2008 CTEK will be introducing our all new: FREE 'Remote request' PC diagnostics service. "This service has been subject to a successful 3 month beta test" With documented 'User testimonials' All that you require is a broadband connection
Windows Live messenger with Remote assistance request enabled: In CONTROL PANEL - SYSTEM - REMOTE REQUEST (ENABLED) If you have windows firewall, ensure remote assistance is permitted access to the internet. and allowed to run through any third party firewall. This service will be available daily between:
10:00~18:00(gmt) Monday~Saturday Requests are made and processed daily where possible, Click here to make a request now, don't forget to add your email address and full details of question and/or Issue. Please note: If you are connected to a wired/wireless modem/router you will need to enable either port forwarding. ie enabling your PC's internal IP address to communicate your external IP address. With Remote Assistance, we can view and interact with your computer in real-time and (with your consent) we can diagnose problems as though we were sitting in front of your computer. You can see everything we're doing, so you can quickly learn how to fix the problem on your own. You can even open a two way voice conversation during the Live session.
